Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique joys, challenges, and questions—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

NeuroNurture is a 4-week support group designed for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and/or Autism. This group offers a warm, nonjudgmental space to build community, share experiences, and feel understood by others walking a similar path. Together, we will explore how to nurture children’s strengths, support their needs, and care for ourselves in the process. Each session combines reflection, resource-sharing, and guided conversation to help you feel more grounded, informed, and connected. Our clinicians provide a safe, supportive environment tailored for small group participation.
