Natasha McLeod, MA, RDMT
I am a master's-level clinician and registered dance movement therapist with over four years of experience supporting individuals from early childhood through late adulthood. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) from Lesley University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Dance & Performance Studies from Roger Williams University.
My clinical experience spans a variety of mental health settings, including group homes, pediatric behavioral clinics, and the adult in-patient hospitalization program at McLean Hospital. I have worked with individuals managing anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and those on the autism spectrum, tailoring support to their unique needs.
I integrate traditional therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) to provide a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. This integration honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, bringing the often-overlooked physical and emotional aspects of healing into the therapeutic process.
In my sessions, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in kinesthetic empathy, mutual trust, and respect. I aim to empower clients to explore their whole selves, including their lived experiences, and develop adaptive ways to cope and heal. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to guide and support their journey toward growth and well-being in ways that best suit their individual needs.

Jordan Ellis, MA
I am a master’s-level clinician with experience supporting adolescents, college-age students, and adults in various therapeutic settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
My career in mental health began as a crisis line volunteer with The Samaritans of Cape Cod, providing essential support during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have since gained experience in partial hospital and residential treatment programs at McLean Hospital and most recently worked with college students at Stonehill College.
My work with college students involved helping this population navigate challenges such as trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, stress management, depression, self-esteem, body-image concerns, identity development, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I am passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma through a holistic approach that integrates physical, mental, spiritual, relational, and emotional aspects of well-being. In addition to trauma, I specialize in anxiety, adjustment and life transitions, and relational concerns.
I am trained in Gentle Reprocessing, a therapeutic approach that reduces symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Understanding that therapy can feel challenging, I incorporate humor and genuineness to create a safe and accessible space for growth. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach, tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs while using a variety of evidence-based techniques.
Through my experiences, I have come to trust in my intuition and the therapeutic process itself, consistently proving that healing and personal growth are attainable, despite the unexpected challenges that life may present.
I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and personal development.
